Method
Load the blender (2 min)
Add 1 cup coconut water first, then the yogurt, fruit, dates, protein powder, seeds, goji berries, and ice.
WhyLiquid on the bottom helps the blades catch, and the ice on top pushes everything down.
Blend (1–2 min)
Start on low, then turn up to high. Add more coconut water if it is too thick.
Ready whenIt is completely smooth, with no date or goji pieces.
Serve
Pour into two glasses and drink right away.
Make it cheffy
Freeze your fruit
How
Use frozen strawberries, raspberries, and banana, and skip the ice.
Why
Ice waters down the flavor as it melts; frozen fruit makes a thicker, creamier, more flavorful smoothie.
Swaps
- Coconut water → milk of choice (creamier, more protein).
- Goji berries → more raspberries.
Make ahead & storage
Make ahead
